Paula Daines
Lead Mentor
After graduating from the University of Greenwich, Paula worked in advertising for ten years. She then set up an ‘Edutainment’ company and discovered a passion for championing children’s agency. After retraining as a primary school teacher, Paula spent ten years teaching in both the state, independent and charity sectors, across all key phases but with a particular focus on SATs year groups.
Paula became an advocate for creativity in learning and this was the focus for her MA in Education dissertation. For the past few years, Paula has worked as a Lecturer in Teacher Education, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and is currently completing her doctorate at the University of East London, where her area of focus is the journey of Early Career Teachers.
