Registry Team
The Coventry University London Registry is the administrative hub of Coventry University London and is responsible for all matters relating to student administration, from enrolment through to award, including the maintenance of student records, and the organisation of central examinations. The Registry also deals with complaints, in addition to advice and information for staff and students about Coventry University London regulations and procedures.
Our role is to help everyone understand University structures and ensure fair treatment for all.

The Campus Registrar of Coventry University London is Dr Mara Arts. The Assistant Registrar is Alex Walberton.
Assessments and Quality Team
The Registry Assessments and Quality Team is responsible for support for the operation of Coventry University London's academic framework and quality control and assurance of course structures. This includes support for Boards of Study, the Campus Quality in Learning and Teaching Committee and Coventry University London Academic Board; management of the academic student record; Assessment Boards including results and awards; assessment, submission, resit and deferral queries; requests for review of results and appeals; transcripts, letters, certificates and completion letters; and academic misconduct support.

Enrolment and Compliance Team
The Registry Enrolment and Compliance Team is responsible for enrolment and the student non-academic record. It also provides support to all our students who are studying at Coventry University London on a student visa and is responsible for ensuring that Coventry University London complies with Home Office rules. The team manage arrangements for attendance monitoring.
