Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, National Express are running a reduced service from Heathrow to Coventry. There will be one coach running at 10pm in the evening to enable you to get to campus. As such, the free transport service has been suspended until further notice, and any bookings made via National Express to Coventry will be at your own expense.
Depending on what time you arrive in the UK and complete your arrival through passport control, it may be quicker and more convenient to travel into the centre of London and catch a direct train from there to Coventry, which can take around 2hrs. Please check the National Rail Enquiries website for more information and the latest journeys running.

How to Book
We have two options, one for Coventry Campus and another for our London Campus
- To book your free transfer, please complete our online booking form.
2. Any requests submitted must be completed no later than 3 days in advance of your arrival.
3. Any applications submitted outside of the allotted time will NOT be considered.
4. You will receive an email once you have successfully booked onto the Meet and Greet service.
5. There will be an additional charge for guests.

Premium Meet and Greet
There is a premium meet and greet service which you can also book onto in advance. This service provides a private chauffeur who will meet you as you come through arrivals and a car will be waiting to take you directly to your accommodation in Coventry.
However, this service is not free and the costs are as follows (subject to change):
- £75 from Birmingham Airport to Coventry
- £220 from London Heathrow to Coventry
You are required to book 3 working days prior to your flight arriving to ensure that we have instructed the driver to collect you from the airport.
