Recently extended, Callice Court is one of our most popular halls. With classic ensuite and a range of premium ensuite rooms to choose from, you’re sure to find one that suits your budget. Flats range in size from 3 to 10 residents, and there is a common room on-site with a pool table and TV.

Just across the road from a major supermarket and on the doorstep of the University, Callice Court has one of the best locations in Coventry for student accommodation.

A Note on the Premium Ensuite Rooms 

Premium Range rooms in Callice Court vary in price mainly due to the difference in size of the rooms. The exception to this is the Premium 1 room which is classified at this price as these rooms share their kitchen facilities among 3 residents, compared to the Classic and Premium Rooms 2-4 which are laid out in flats of 5 or 6 residents.

Your Contract

You can apply for rooms in Callice Court by submitting an online application to FutureLets. We will then allocate you a room (subject to availability and academic conditions being met), and will refer your application to Unite Group plc. They will then make contact with you to process your deposit, set up a payment plan and finalise your contract. Please note: your contract will be with Unite Group plc, and your rental payments will be made to them, NOT to FutureLets.
