Cultural Events
CHINESE CHESS AND MAHJONG CLUB
Come along every Friday 12:30pm - 2pm at the Confucius Institute (GE103). The club starts on Friday 10th November.
All levels are welcomed, we are happy to teach beginners too!
Spaces limited to 14 people, no fees apply.

YOUR LIFE IN A DRAMA!
The Confucius Institute is proud to collaborate with the Belgrade Theatre on a new play that involves Relationship, Marriage and The Chinese Family.
We had a lively and refreshing session led by the Belgrade Theatre Associate Director Justine Themen and with the collaboration of her fantastic team, Chinese students, CI staff members and friends.
Everyone enjoyed sharing and discovering Western and Chinese life experiences, the uniqueness of some cultural elements and relationships as well as the universality of many others. The workshop underlined common feelings across different cultures and made those less familiar more understandable and culturally approachable and closer.
Our engagement with the theatre goes on so please watch this space for new events.
