Mandarin Courses

The Confucius Institute offers a wide range of Mandarin language courses to suit the needs of all learners. Whether you are a pure beginner or looking to develop your business mandarin skills, we offer courses that suit both your needs and ability.

Our courses follow the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) curriculum, which is a globally recognised mandarin language programme. HSK courses progress from Level 1 to 6 and have been mapped to the Common European Framework (CEFR) in order that you can clearly understand the requirements and outcomes at each stage of the course. Once you have completed your HSK course you have the option of taking the HSK Test, which is a formal recognition of your Chinese language ability. Confucius Institute is an official HSK testing centre so you'll be able to take the test after you have completed your studies. Please find details of the courses we offer listed below.
