Governance
The MAT Board has four aims:

Make sure vision, ethos and strategic decisions are clear

Hold Executive Leaders accountable for the educational performance of the academy and its pupils
3
Pursue performance management of staff to accomplish the strategic objectives of the organisation
4
Ensure the academy's money is well spent and oversee its financial performance
