Bishop Gate

Set to regenerate a prime brownfield site in the heart of Coventry's city centre, the Bishop Gate development is the most ambitious student accommodation project in recent years. Housing up to 1200 students in ensuite and studio flats, this development will be completed in 2 phases, with the first 725 rooms being available to students starting in September 2018. There will also be a variety of social areas and study rooms available for the students to use, as well as on-site communal facilities such as a laundrette and bike storage.

This building will not just be available to students - the ground floor will have retail units accessible to all members of the public, aiming to improve the variety of shops and services available in the city centre.
