Set to regenerate a prime brownfield site in the heart of Coventry's city centre, the Bishopgate development is the most ambitious student accommodation project in recent years. Housing up to 1200 students in ensuite and studio flats, this development will be completed in 2 phases, with the first 725 rooms being available to students starting in September 2018. There will also be a variety of social areas and study rooms available for the students to use, as well as on-site communal facilities such as a laundrette, bike storage and an on-site gym.
