Degree Shows 2017
Our Faculty of Arts and Humanities' Degree Shows are an annual event to celebrate and showcase our graduating students' work as they continue to make their mark in the creative world.
Our designers, artists, performers, photographers, filmmakers and writers invite you to a range of events, including an industry night for potential employers and a friends and family event to celebrate their achievements.
Students from our School of Art and Design, School of Humanities and School of Media and Performing Arts will exhibit and perform their work in the University and across Coventry - in the Belgrade Theatre, FarGo Village and on the catwalk in Square One.
Our events kickstarted in May and students are continuing to exhibit and perform throughout Summer 2017.

The Faculty of Arts and Humanities held a competition for student artwork to represent our 2017 Degree Shows. Nilupa Yasmin, a final year photography student, was our winner with her piece - 'আমার জন্য একটি শাপলা পরিচর্যা কর' Grow me a Waterlily.
Nilupa's work is primarily fine art photography based, taking a keen interest in the notion of culture, self-identity and anthropology. Drawing upon her own South Asian culture and heritage, she works with handmade photographs and constructed narratives. Working with colour, patterns and textiles, she physically weaves together her many identities.
Nilupa will be exhibiting her final piece during our Degree Shows in the Photography exhibition 'unwritten', at FarGo Village.
