The Third International World of Construction Project Management Conference (WCPM 2010) has been organised by Coventry University in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). This follows the successful Second Conference at the University of Delft, Netherlands in 2007 and the First Conference at Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada in 2004.
The Conference will provide the opportunity to disseminate, share, examine and discuss the findings from both the education sector and from construction practice. Research and theoretical issues from universities and research organisations will be placed alongside more practical applications from professional, managerial and technical practictioners from the construction sector.
This fusion of research and practice will be achieved through the opportunity to merge the two approaches in the identified themes. An international dimension will add a further aspect to this merging. Construction is a global industry and this conference will provide the opportunity for national and international delegates to examine and discuss the latest techniques in both management methodology and management education.
The deadline for the submission of papers is 31st August 2010.
