• Standard Rate: £355: Package includes all conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches on 14 and 15 September 2009, and the evening Gala Dinner on 14 September 
• PhD Student Rate:  £165.00 per student (Limited Availability).  Package includes all conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches on 14 and 15 September, and the evening Gala Dinner on 14 September. (A letter of confirmation from a supervisor may be requested.)
• Developing Country Rate: £165.00 per delegate(Limited Availability for lead author of accepted papers).  Package includes all conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches on 14 and 15 September, and the evening Gala Dinner on 14 September.
  (Delegates must work for a recognised higher education institution within a country designated Low Income or Lower Middle Income as listed on the World Bank list of economies)
• Day Delegate Rate: £180.00 per delegate.  Package covers attendance at the conference for one day, including all conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on that day.  It does not include attendance at the Gala Dinner on 14 September, this can be purchased separately.
• Virtual Participation: £165.00 per delegate (Limited availability).  Package includes conference web presence, inclusion of accepted submission in the conference Proceedings and relevant conference materials including the Proceedings.
• Guest Gala Dinner: £45.00 (including VAT) per guest.  The Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of 14 September
