Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP): for over 30 years, more than 5,000 organisations have been realising the benefits of Europe's largest knowledge transfer scheme, the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) Programme. The KTP scheme is a UK-wide programme enabling organisations to improve their competitiveness, productivity and performance through a partnership with an academic institution.We partner with UK businesses to increase their competitiveness, productivity and performance. The programme is led by the business and supported by an expert from the University. It places a recently qualified person into the company, thereby enabling the business to access knowledge, skills or technologies to help it develop, in whatever way it needs to:
Student placements: taking on our students can bring a wave of new ideas into your business. The students bring with them a range of skills and cover a vast array of subjects, such as design, engineering, business, arts, health and languages. There are a number of ways in which to take on student placements: short term over the summer break or throughout the year. We can offer quality students on a subsidised cost basis, giving you a huge saving but still getting the job done. We also have our own in-house recruitment agency which you can access to fill your vacancies.
