You can claim £20.

You can claim if you have travelled to one of our open events by bus, coach, train or tram.

• You must be based in the UK and have a UK bank account
• We will reimburse a maximum of two claims per academic year
• You can make one claim per household.

At the open eay, scan the QR code at the event help desk in the main reception area. This will give you access to an online form to upload your public transport proof of purchase and make your claim. If you came by bicycle (unlocked) take a photo of your bicycle on campus when you arrive and upload this to the online form.

Should you have trouble scanning the QR code please use this form. Please note that all claims are checked to ensure that the individual checked-in at a Coventry University London open event.

After completing the form, you'll receive a secure weblink to Convera, a money transfer service. You'll have 10 business days to enter your bank details on the Convera form. Once completed successfully, your funds will be transferred to your bank account within a further 10 business days.
