The next Coventry University London graduation event will take place on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at Central Hall Westminster, Storey’s Gate, Westminster, SW1H 9NH. Further details about the event, including registration and logistical information, will be published by the end of June.

Students who are eligible to graduate in November 2026 will be sent essential information relating to the ceremony directly to their student email account closer to the time. Please ensure you check your student email account regularly. Failing to do this may result in you missing your registration email.
This is a provisional registration subject to the following:
- You are not blocked by the university due to outstanding debt
- Your award is officially released to SOLAR by Friday, 2 October 2026.
Results released via AULA are not official results.
Please note a registration confirmation does not mean you have no outstanding debt or are eligible to graduate.
By registering for the graduation event, you’ll be signing up to the following:
- Graduation Ceremony: Your graduation is the culmination of your studies and is an important event for you, your family and friends. During the ceremony you’ll hear from esteemed academics and colleagues.
- Graduation Celebration: To celebrate your accomplishments, we are delighted to invite you and your guests to a Graduation Celebration event at Central Hall Westminster for an hour immediately after your ceremony, where we will be serving refreshments. This is an opportunity for you to gather with your fellow graduates, family, friends and academic staff to reflect on your time with us and celebrate your bright future ahead.

Registration
- Registration for the November 2026 graduation opens from Wednesday, 5 August 2026. Students who are eligible to graduate in November 2026 will be sent essential information relating to the ceremony directly to their student email account closer to the time. Please ensure you check your student email account regularly.
- In order to register, you need to book your tickets. Please note that each graduand is guaranteed two guest tickets, provided these are purchased by the registration deadline. This is to ensure that all graduands can bring the same number of guests to the ceremony and to make the process fair for everyone.
- Additional guest tickets may be released prior to the ceremony, dependent on guest numbers. Students will be alerted to this via email by Wednesday, 14 October 2026. Please do not contact us about extra tickets as we will not be able to provide any information prior to the alert email. If you have not received an email by Thursday, 15 October 2026, then no extra tickets are available.
- Graduating students' tickets are free of charge. Guest Tickets are £25 (inc. VAT) per ticket. You will be able to book your ticket and purchase your guest tickets on the Ede & Ravenscroft website.
- After the registration deadline, students that have purchased guest tickets but are no longer eligible to attend graduation, will receive a refund. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

- If you have any outstanding debt that has not cleared by Monday, 7 September 2026, or you are blocked at any point after the registration deadline, but prior to the graduation ceremony, you will not be eligible to attend the November 2026 graduation. Once your debt has been cleared you will be eligible to attend a future graduation.
Registration for November 2026 Graduation will close on Wednesday, 9 September 2026.
Facts about the day
Please note: You cannot choose which ceremony to attend. You will be invited to the next ceremony closest to the date you have been officially awarded by your Progression and Award Board. You may only request to defer your ceremony if you have extenuating circumstances such as serious medical condition, or military deployment etc.
You will need to email graduation.reg@coventry.ac.uk to make a request if you have grounds and provide third party evidence to support that request.
If any of your allocated guests require a carer you will also need to contact graduation.reg@coventry.ac.uk to make this request and provide third party medical evidence to support this.
Any deferral or carers ticket requests need to be made by no later than Wednesday, 9 September 2026.
Gowning and photography information
Please note that once you have registered for the ceremony you will also be able to pre-order your gown via the Ede & Ravenscroft website. Information on gown hire and photography service deadlines can be found in the above table called Coventry University London 2026 graduation key dates.
Arrangements on the day of your ceremony
We suggest you arrive at the venue at least two hours before your ceremony start time. The registration invitation email will confirm your ceremony time.

Coventry University graduation ceremonies are considered to be public events. There may be a university photographer present and by attending you give us permission to use any general crowd photos you appear in for marketing purposes.
Coventry University does not accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for:
- Any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended during an event organised by the university unless caused by the negligence of the university or its employees; or
- Death or any personal injury suffered by you at a university event unless caused by the negligence of the university or its employees.
