Description 

The collaborative partnership between the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and Coventry University was established in 2005 to provide programmes in the Finance sector where students recieve an award from both institutions.

The Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) started to offer advanced diplomas in accountancy and later on added other related professional courses in business systems and accountancy. Committed to provide high quality education in all fields of management, science and social sciences, with significant focus on accountancy. IAA and Coventry University also offer postgraduate diploma in accountancy, procurement, financial management, computing and banking. 

IAA has state of the facilities with professional academics that bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.

General entry requirements 

Minimum of second class honours degree, relevant equivalent or an equivalent with related work experience in the sector.

A certificate of proficiency in English Language is required from international students for whom English is not an official language to meet the prescribed minimum proficiency standards in English (IELTS 6.5 on average). Individual cases will be considered with equivalent transcripts but may require pre-sessional English course before enrolling. 

Postgraduate programmes available as:

  • FT 1 year
  • PT 18 months
