Graduation for Partnership Students

A warm welcome to all our students who will be travelling to Coventry for their graduation. Congratulations on graduating with a Coventry degree. We look forward to celebrating this momentous achievement with you and your guests.

Please note: If you have not already registered to attend the 24th November ceremony, you will be able to attend the graduation ceremony at your home institution. Registration for the Coventry ceremony is now closed. No further registrants will be admitted. If you registered before the deadline, you will receive an email from Coventry University with additional information.

Visa Letter and Flights

If you or your guests require a visa letter for visa application purposes please contact us at events.apu@coventry.ac.uk.

Once you have booked your flights, please confirm your flight arrival details to us by emailing: events.apu@coventry.ac.uk.

Hotels 

It is important to book your accommodation early. Graduation is a big event in the University calendar, so book your hotel early to avoid disappointment! Some hotels near to the Belgrade Theatre are:

Plan your journey

There are lots of transport options for travelling to Coventry. Please note you will not be able to bring luggage into the Theatre, so please allow enough time to take your luggage to your hotel before coming to registration.

Gown Hire

By popular demand, gowns can now be hired before the ceremony. We recommend you arrange gown hire prior to travelling to Coventry. This can be organised directly with our suppliers, Ede & Ravenscroft.

Search for ‘Coventry University’ and then select ‘Belgrade Theatre, 24 November 2017’.

You will be able to collect your gown hire from the Belgrade Theatre on 24th November, 1 hour before your graduation session..

On the day

Registration and ticket collection at Belgrade Theatre.

Bring your Passport as photo ID to register.

You will be assigned tickets for you and your guests to attend your ceremony

11.00 - 12.00

Session 1 graduands: Gown hire collection opens at Belgrade Theatre (from Ede & Ravenscroft)

Opportunity for official photographs

(Please allow 1 hour before your Graduation ceremony to collect your gown)

12.30 - 14.00

Graduation Ceremony: Session 1, theatre B2
