If you want to book a trip…

How do I book a ticket?

Tickets can ONLY be booked online via the links above. Your place on the trip is only confirmed when you have made the payment.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. You will only be able to buy trips for yourself and not for friends. They will need to book in their own name but only if they are Coventry University students.

Can I get a refund or swap my ticket if I change my mind?

No. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled by the International Office.

What happens if I’m late for the coach?

The coach leaves promptly at the time shown on the website.  Please make a note of this when buying your ticket.  If you are late the coach will leave without you and you will not get a refund.  If you are late back to the coach at the end of a trip you will have to find alternative transport to return to Coventry and we will not refund the cost of this.

Will there be an organised tour?

No. You are free to visit the places you find interesting on your own.  Maps and a list of attractions will be provided.

What to Wear?

You should ensure that you wear suitable shoes that will be comfortable. Heels are not advisable as many old English towns will have cobbled streets, which are difficult to walk on. As the weather in Britain is very changeable it is advisable to keep and umbrella and a jacket with you, even throughout the summer months. For the trips in February - April you will need winter clothes as in the North of the country it can be very cold.
