  2. Fill in your personal details
  3. Make the payment – (You can pay for more than one trip at a time but must pay when you book to guarantee your place)
  4. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. If a trip is not on the list it means it has sold out and there are no more places left. Can I get a refund or swap my ticket if I change my mind?
No. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What happens if I’m late for the coach?
The coach leaves promptly at the time shown on the website. Please make a note of this when buying your ticket. If you are late the coach will leave without you and you will not get a refund. If you are late back to the coach at the end of a trip you will have to find alternative transport to return to Coventry and we will not refund the cost of this.

Will there be an organised tour?

No. You are free to visit the places you find interesting on your own. Maps and a list of attractions will be provided.

How can I find out about more trips?

Be the first to find out about new social programme events and trips by putting yourself on the mailing list. To put yourself on the list please email welcome.io@coventry.ac.uk with your full name, nationality, course title and level and your preferred email address. You will then be added to the list and will receive emails about trips, events and opportunities.

What to wear?

You should ensure that you wear suitable shoes that will be comfortable. Heels are not advisable as many old English towns will have cobbled streets, which are difficult to walk on. As the weather in Britain is very changeable it is advisable to keep an umbrella and a jacket with you, even throughout the summer months. For the trips in September - December, you will need winter clothes as it can be very cold.
