Currently Reader in Healthcare Knowledge Management and leader of the Knowledge Management for Healthcare (KARMAH) research group. Publish, consult and teach on a wide variety of KM-related issues, primarily for the healthcare sector. In the past, have been Programme Manager for four postgraduate courses having managerial responsibility and full accountability for the day-to-day running of the programmes. Extensive industrial and academic experience of: Knowledge Management, Project Management, Cultural and Organisational Change Management, Information Systems and Information and Communication Technologies.
