A plethora of pet peeves

I'm really ticked off by:-

  • People saying `between you and I'
  • Bureaucracy
  • Mendacity, avarice, stupidity---come to think of it, all the standard character traits of politicians
  • Cranks who deride physical theories they have never managed to understand
  • Idiots who quote Goedel's theorem to prove their point, but who manifestly don't understand it---or why it doesn't actually prove their point.
  • Innumeracy and illiteracy
  • Fundamentalism
