Invitation to authors for extended version of papers:	10 July 2009
Submission of extended papers due:	31 August 2009
Deadline for reviews to be complete:	12October 2009
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection:	26 October 2009
Deadline for authors to submit revised manuscripts:	23 November 2009
Final package: manuscripts, TOC, preface & introductory material:	21 December 2009
