The skills you gain in our courses leave you with excellent opportunities and options when it comes to choosing a career. We offer a range of degrees in mathematics, statistics and computing, with the added possibility of combining your quantitative studies with a second discipline such as accounting, biology, a language or geography. All of these courses offer a degree of flexibility, enabling you to tailor a course to your own requirements or to change the direction of your studies. Typical degree programmes take three years; four if you choose the option of a placement year in industry, which is available on all courses. If you are not yet ready for a degree programme, our courses with a foundation year provide an alternative path into higher education.
You will find that the study of Mathematics or Statistics opens many new and often unexpected prospects. The independent rational and analytical skills of our graduates enable them to adapt far easier to other areas than graduates from less numerate disciplines. This gives our graduates a decisive advantage when it comes to career flexibility and choice.
