Guidelines to ICEBE 2006 Registration


1.                   For international authors and attendees, please fax or email the registration form to:

If pay by bank transfer (US$ only), please contact Lianjun An.

If pay by credit card, faxing the registration form is all there is needed.

 

2.                   When you fax the registration form, we kindly suggest you to also send an electronic version of the form via email to alianjun@us.ibm.com (international), because sometimes the faxed version is not quite clear.

 

3.                   Accepted papers must have at least one author to take author registration, and student registration is NOT eligible for author registration. 

 

4.                   Student registration must be accompanied by copy of eligible student id card.

 

5.                   The length of a regular paper should NOT exceed 8 pages, the length of a short paper should not exceed 4 pages. Extra pages beyond this limitation will be charged at the cost of US$150/page.  Maximum two extra pages is an allowed for each paper.

 

6.                   Author must complete the registration by August 11, 2006. Otherwise, the author’s paper will NOT be included in the proceedings. Non-author registration forms must be faxed or postmarked by September 15, 2006 to qualify for the early registration rate.

 

7.                   Conference registration includes admission to conference, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches (three days), reception, banquet, and souvenirs.

 

8.                   Student registration includes admission to conference, coffee breaks, lunches (three days), reception, banquet, and souvenirs.  Proceedings can be purchased onsite.
