Completed in 2001 to accommodate existing expanding companies and larger companies wishing to locate to the Park, the Enterprise Centre, situated adjacent to the Innovation Centre, provides the perfect location for medium-sized, technology and knowledge-based businesses.
The Centre comprises 17 air-conditioned units ranging in size from 53 to 374 sq m (571 to 4026 sq ft) available to rent on longer-term flexible lease arrangements.
