CU London, part of the Coventry University Group, has achieved a high satisfaction rate for its student experience according to feedback from its first two intakes of students.

Students were asked at the end of each module to rate their satisfaction with the quality of their module. They gave CU London a score of over 96% across the two internal surveys that have been completed.

CU London opened its state-of-the-art campus in September 2017, in the Civic Centre located in Dagenham. Since then, two intakes of degree and Foundation students have joined the institution and will graduate with degrees from Coventry University.

I fully agree with the 96% satisfaction rate. The tutors are so helpful and they allow me to make better use of my time here. I’ve made friends from lots of different courses, which makes it a great place to study.

Students benefit from a modern variety of assessment methods, small class sizes and flexible study options. They also have opportunities to undergo placements in their industry of choice to help launch their careers.

Students study one module at a time, meaning that applications are welcomed throughout the year with a choice of six different start dates. Degree courses on offer cover a range of subjects including science, business, health, law and counselling.

Foundation Year courses are also an option for students that might not have got the results they were expecting but are still ambitious and want to study at a top university group.

The whole team is very proud of the consistently exemplary student satisfaction rates at CU London. The students are sending a clear message that they’re enjoying their experience with us, and that Coventry University's Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) ‘Gold’ status accurately reflects consistently outstanding teaching, learning and assessment thanks to our wonderfully supportive academic, technical and professional staff.
