Meet the team

Oliver Rossetti

With a passion for raising aspirations and promoting access to education, I have worked within Schools and Colleges liaison for over five years across institutions, helping deliver interactive and engaging careers education, information, advice and guidance.

As the Schools and Colleges Liaison Officer here at CU Coventry, I am one of the primary contacts for the delivery of talks, workshops and other engagement activities as well as partnerships and collaborations with the university. I also actively engage with the HE sector through networks such as HELOA, helping promote best practice within education.

In my past, I have worked for an international technology firm and also been a freelance film producer, notably working on a 72-hour feature film – a long three days! I am currently studying towards a Level 7 qualification in Career Guidance and in my free-time, I enjoy photography, travelling and cooking.

Daze Osuide

Prior to joining CU Coventry as the Widening Participation Officer, I have over two years’ experience in HE working in careers and employability, supporting undergraduates and postgraduates in making a successful transition from studying in to graduate level employment.

In addition to this, from 2013-14, I volunteered as a full-time youth mentor for the youth and education charity, City Year UK, at a London secondary school. In this role, I worked with a team of twelve volunteers to raise the attainment levels of underachieving and disadvantaged young people and delivered social action projects within the school’s local community. I enjoy watching plays and recently watched the brilliant ‘Starting Out’ at the Birmingham REP; a timely production on how young women from diverse backgrounds navigate their way through the ever-changing landscape of the world of work.

Ashleigh Williams

I work in the Schools and College’s team at CU Coventry as the Recruitment and Liaison Assistant. Prior to working at CUC, I have held various positions in HR, catering, retail and sport. Once leaving school, I took A-Levels and studied Law at University.

I enjoy expressing myself creatively in everything that I do and putting my own spin on things; I think it is really important to love what you do and be happy when you are doing it!

In my spare time I enjoy taking long drives through the country, spending time with friends and family and everything there is to do with food!
