Graduate employers across all industries are looking for skills that go beyond your degree. While you your degree may make you eligible to apply for graduate level jobs, you will also need the right mix of experience, skills, abilities and personal qualities often known as ‘employability skills’.
Employers are looking for ‘work ready’ graduates that can hit the ground running that have clear evidence of employability skills.
Last year an impressive 95% of Coventry graduates gained employment or continued onto further study; we were also voted Entrepreneurial University of the Year. This shows our commitment to employability and enterprise and ensures that CU Coventry graduates stand out.
