OVERVIEW

Project Management has developed from just a specialist activity into a major process for managing change and innovation. In today's rapidly evolving competitive environment, managers and engineers at every level need an in-depth understanding of the concepts and techniques required to manage projects. These can be as diverse as new product development, construction of new manufacturing facilities, implementing changes in organisational structure and culture and many other change-related programmes.

Entry Requirements

To enter this course you should have a first or second class honours degree in an appropriate discipline. However entry qualifications are flexible and applications are welcomed for mature candidates and those with industrial experience. Students whose first language is not English should have achieved a minimum English language standard of IELTS 6.5. Alternatively students may be admitted with IELTS 6.0 if they attend a compulsory five week pre-sessional English course, operated by Coventry University, before joining their master’s programme.

Please note: we have a range of taught postgraduate awards to suit your needs, from Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma to a full Master's Degree (MA, MBA, MSc, LLM). In most cases you can decide to exit at Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma level, without carrying onto the full Master's qualification.
