Coventry University has a number of short Executive Leadership courses aimed at enhancing the management skills, knowledge and attitude needed in the rapidly changing and challenging workplace. Each programme is designed to peovide the maximum benefit for the target audience and they have proved successful in a myriad of different industries and sectors including; manufacturing, retail, service industries, educational establishments and local authorities.

Senior leadership and management

Course summary:

This course examines leadership and operational challenges organisations can face and allows delegates to reflect on their own leadership practice. Throughout the course, the delegate develops their own action plan for change and improvement of their chosen area.
