Access to the TechnoCentre

With conference facilities, the Bistro coffee-shop and restaurant, meeting rooms and social break-out areas, the TechnoCentre is a superb facility, adding to the effectiveness of your business and creating the right impression for visitors and clients. 

The Bistro

This is where tenants congregate to relax. Superb food, superb surroundings, and the relaxed sociable atmosphere makes it the perfect informal meeting place. It is the ideal place to relax with visitors, staff and fellow tenants. 

Free meeting rooms

Within the TechnoCentre there are many fully air-conditioned meeting rooms which hold up to eight people. These are free to any tenants of the Technology Park. 

Preferential rates on conference facilities

For formal meeting or board meetings, interviews, discussion groups, product launches, press conferences, exhibitions, conferences, training, video conferencing or virtual conferencing––the TechnoCentre has a range of sophisticated business options, all of which can be booked by tenants at preferential rates.

Using our advanced meeting technology is as good as being there. Hold a high-definition video-conference at the push of a button and save time and money.

In our hi-tech Seminar Room you can stream your conference online and connect with a live audience using state of the art web-conferencing technology. For a truly interactive conference, the team at SGI can develop an online, interactive auditorium, where you can attend a conference as a virtual delegate! 

Dedicated IT training facilities

With 10 computers, and a presentation booth and projector, this is the perfect place for training sessions and IT workshops. 

Comprehensive business support

Our aim is to supply the right support and environment for your business to prosper. All Technology Park businesses have easy access to experts in business support, mentoring, and business expansion, regardless of their stage of growth. The aim is to work closely with Technology Park businesses to assess the kind of support and service they require and assist in providing that expertise. Support is available in a wide range of areas including business development, product development, internationalisation, growth, funding and academic research.

Access to University academics

At Coventry University Technology Park there is a strong belief in partnership between academia and business. The business support team can help all tenants capitalise on the expertise available at the University and help them form collaborations to achieve innovation and improve their bottom line.

Access to the University library

With over 350,000 books and over 2000 specialist journals, Coventry University’s Lanchester Library is a superb knowledge source and resource for any business. Every tenant receives free membership of the library, which is open seven days a week. You also get full access to the internet via the library’s wifi using your laptop or tablet.

Supporting entrepreneurs

The Technology Park can also offer virtual office space and hot-desking facilities in conjunction with Coventry University’s Institute of Applied Entrepreneurship. With a variety of options available, start-ups can receive full business support and a shared office environment to collaborate and network with like-minded entrepreneurs.
