Centre for Usable Home Technology
At the Centre for Usable Home Technology (CUHTec) we conduct research, consultancy, training and provide guidance on the use of Assistive Technology (AT) in the home.
We run courses on all aspects of AT, telecare and telehealth, ranging from looking at how technology can support dementia sufferers and their carers in the community to developing strategies for digital services and considering how technology can overcome issues of social isolation.
We also host Regional Telecare Forums, which bring together our members to discuss areas of current interest within the AT, telecare and telehealth sectors.
Anyone working within the AT, telecare or telehealth sector can become a member of CUHTec. If you would like to apply, please complete the application form below and we will be in touch with you shortly.
