Nexus Creative is a traditional and digital marketing communications agency with over 400 active clients, mostly B2B and including small, local companies as well as large national organisations. The company excels in creativity, complex web/portal creation and business development.
Nexus Creative want to develop a bespoke client management system (CMS) that will add value through the delivery of new qualitative data on the success of digital marketing campaigns and will inform new campaigns with enhanced content and improved targeting.
All marketing agencies gave access to quantitative feedback (number of clicks, pageviews, interactions and engagements etc) but none have access to a reliable measure of qualitative impact. The development of the new system will aim to identify robust qualitative measures enabling the client to offer a unique service to its clients.
Our Proposed Solution:
Through the University's Knowledge Exchange team, we have proposed to hire an associate to work embedded with the client and, with the assistance and supervision of an academic supervisor develop the new CMS system and successfuly integrate it with the business' current processes.
