Your induction

Once you’ve had an email confirming your enrolment is complete, you can access an induction module on our online learning platform, Aula.

Aula offers a mobile-first, interactive teaching and learning environment which will enhance and strengthen the way we continue to deliver teaching and learning, whether this is digital, face-to-face or a blend of both.

Aula's dynamic look and feel make it intuitive and simple to use. The design is based on existing social media platforms so it feels familiar, meaning you can quickly and easily find your way around and engage with others.

You will get an introduction to the Coventry University Group, hints and tips about student life and access to your learning materials.

Online learning is new for many students, so induction includes IT help to get started:

  • How to set up your Microsoft Office 365 account
  • How to use Aula (virtual learning environment)
  • How to use Wayfinder (Online hub for navigating our services)

It can feel overwhelming starting in higher education, so you can jump back to your induction module at any time.

Timetable

Your personalised timetable will be released before teaching starts - you can access your timetable by logging into Aula or the Wayfinder app.

Don’t forget – your timetable may change, so keep checking!

Further information and support is available by logging into Aula, as well as from your course team.
