If you have booked private accommodation via FutureLets please email us 5 days prior to your arrival for further information.
Once a room offer has been made you will receive an email from ‘Inventory HIVE’ 5 days prior to start of the accommodation contract. It is important you record and submit any defects you may find in your room upon arrival, please ensure you complete the online inventory as soon as you arrive into your room as you have limited time to submit this. Full instructions will be provided in the email. If you have any queries you can speak to the receptionist or contact your halls manager.
Log in to the halls WiFi using your Coventry University ID and password. You can sign-up to our WiFi prior to your arrival using the link we have emailed to you.
Confirm your insurance policy. We've arranged contents insurance for all our students staying with us in our halls of residence at no cost to you. It is important that you confirm your cover to ensure you understand what is and isn't covered.
Download the Wayfinder app to help you find your way around campus. It's full of lots of useful links and information to get you started.
Get your student ID card. Once you have enrolled, follow the instructions on Wayfinder to get your student ID card (please select your location from the pane on right).
Register with a doctor. Our medical centre is based within The Hub building and has doctors and nurses based there for student appointments.
